I'm starting this Video Bass Lessons blog here as a cool resource of free beginner bass lessons in one place to help those making their first steps.

I have a friend who's been a professional bass player for around 25 years.
He's been helping me and want him to help you.

See, there are a lot of freebies out there on the internet,but not all of them were created equal.
People are doing the vids for various reasons and some of them are there to simply show off a bit. And what happens is they're passing off their bass guitar habits to us without being real professionals. I know a US guy who's for real, ya know. He did sessions and recorded with some of the best musicians, like Felicia Collins of‘The Late Show" with David Letterman’ Band,blues star Robert Charles and Johnny Mac who played in Yngwie Malmsteen’s Rising Force Band.

The guy's name is Jon and his Video Bass Lessons are just great in my opinion.
What i like about him is he never shows off and his stuff can help a beginner.
